　　疏水閥要能“識別”蒸汽和凝結水，才能起到阻汽排水作用。“識別” 蒸汽和凝結水基于三個原理：密度差、溫度差和相變。于是就根據三個原理制造出三種類型的疏水閥，分類為機械型、熱靜力型、熱動力型。

　　一.機械型疏水閥

　　機械型也稱浮子型，是利用凝結水與蒸汽的密度差，通過凝結水液位變化，使浮子升降帶動閥瓣開啟或關閉，達到阻汽排水目的。機械型疏水閥的過冷度小，不受工作壓力和溫度變化的影響，有水即排，加熱設備里不存水，能使加熱設備達到最佳換熱效率。最大背壓率為80%，工作質量高，是生產工藝加熱設備最理想的疏水閥。

　　機械型疏水閥有自由浮球式、自由半浮球式、杠桿浮球式、倒吊桶式等。

The minimum working pressure is 0.01Mpa, and it is not affected by temperature and working pressure fluctuations within the range of 0.01Mpa to the maximum operating pressure, with continuous drainage. It can discharge saturated temperature condensed water, with a minimum subcooling of 0 ℃, and there is no water in the heating equipment, which can achieve the best heat transfer efficiency of the heating equipment. The back pressure rate is greater than 85%, making it one of the most ideal drain valves for heating equipment in production processes.

　　2.自由半浮球式疏水閥：

　　自由半浮球式疏水閥只有一個半浮球式的球桶為活動部件，開口朝下，球桶即是啟閉件，又是密封件。整個球面都可為密封，使用壽命很長，能抗水擊，沒有易損件，無故障，經久耐用，無蒸汽泄漏。背壓率大于80%，能排飽和溫度凝結水，最小過冷度為0℃，加熱設備里不存水，能使加熱設備達到最佳換熱效率。

　　當裝置剛啟動時，管道內的空氣和低溫凝結水經過發射管進入疏水閥內，閥內的雙金屬片排空元件把球桶彈開，閥門開啟，空氣和低溫凝結水迅速排出。當蒸汽進入球桶內，球桶產生向上浮力，同時閥內的溫度升高，雙金屬片排空元件收縮，球桶漂向閥口，閥門關閉。當球桶內的蒸汽變成凝結水，球桶失去浮力往下沉，閥門開啟，凝結水迅速排出。當蒸汽再進入球桶之內，閥門再關閉，間斷和連續工作。

　　3. 杠桿浮球式疏水閥：

　　杠桿浮球式疏水閥基本特點與自由浮球式相同，內部結構是浮球連接杠桿帶動閥芯，隨凝結水的液位升降進行開關閥門。杠桿浮球式疏水閥利用雙閥座增加凝結水排量，可達到體積小排量大，最大疏水量達100噸/小時，是大型加熱設備最理想的疏水閥。

　　倒吊桶式疏水閥內部是一個倒吊桶為液位敏感件，吊桶開口向下，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥芯開閉閥門。倒吊桶式疏水閥能排空氣，不怕水擊，抗污性能好。過冷度小，漏汽率小于3%，最大背壓率為75%，連接件比較多，靈敏度不如自由浮球式疏水閥。因倒吊桶式疏水閥是靠蒸汽向上浮力關閉閥門，工作壓差小于0.1MPA時，不適合選用。

The subcooling degree is small, the steam leakage rate is less than 3%, the maximum back pressure rate is 75%, there are more connections, and the sensitivity is not as good as that of a free floating ball drain valve. Due to the fact that the inverted bucket drain valve relies on steam buoyancy to close the valve, it is not suitable for use when the working pressure difference is less than 0.1MPA.

　　當裝置剛啟動時，管道內的空氣和低溫凝結水進入疏水閥內，倒吊桶靠自身重量下墜，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥芯開啟閥門，空氣和低溫凝結水迅速排出。當蒸汽進入倒吊桶內，倒吊桶的蒸汽產生向上浮力，倒吊桶上升連接杠桿帶動閥芯關閉閥門。倒吊桶上開有一小孔，當一部份蒸汽從小孔排出，另一部份蒸汽產生凝結水，倒吊桶失去浮力，靠自身重量向下沉，倒吊桶連接杠桿帶動閥芯開啟閥門，循環工作，間斷排水。

　　5. 組合式過熱蒸汽疏水閥：

　　組合式過熱蒸汽疏水閥有兩個隔離的閥腔，由兩根不銹鋼管連通上下閥腔，它是由浮球式和倒吊桶式疏水閥的組合，該閥結構先進合理，在過熱、高壓、小負荷的工作狀況下，能夠及時地排放過熱蒸汽消失時形成的凝結水，有效地阻止過熱蒸汽泄漏，工作質量高。最高允許溫度為600℃，閥體為全不銹鋼，閥座為硬質合金鋼，使用壽命長，是過熱蒸汽專用疏水閥，取得兩項國家專利，填補了國內空白。

It has a long service life and is a specialized steam trap for superheated steam. It has obtained two national patents, filling the domestic gap.

　　當凝結水進入下閥腔，副閥的浮球隨液位上升，浮球封閉進汽管孔。凝結水經進水導管上升到主閥腔，倒吊桶靠自重下墜，帶動閥芯打開主閥門，排放凝結水。當副閥腔的凝結水液位下降時，浮球隨液位下降，副閥打開。蒸汽從進汽管進入上主閥腔內的倒吊桶里，倒吊桶產生向上的浮力，倒吊桶帶動閥芯關閉主閥門。當副閥腔的凝結水液位再升高時，下一個循環周期又開始，間斷排水。

When the condensate level in the auxiliary valve chamber rises again, the next cycle begins with intermittent drainage.

　　二.熱靜力型疏水閥

　　這類疏水閥是利用蒸汽和凝結水的溫差引起感溫元件的變形或膨脹帶動閥芯啟閉閥門。熱靜力型疏水閥的過冷度比較大，一般過冷度為15度到40度，它能利用凝結水中的一部分顯熱，閥前始終存有高溫凝結水，無蒸汽泄漏，節能效果顯著。是在蒸汽管道，伴熱管線、小型加熱設備，采暖設備，溫度要求不高的小型加熱設備上，最理想的疏水閥 。

　　This type of drain valve utilizes the temperature difference between steam and condensed water to cause deformation or expansion of the temperature sensing element, which drives the valve core to open and close the valve. The thermal static type drain valve has a relatively high degree of supercooling, generally ranging from 15 degrees to 40 degrees. 　　三.熱動力型疏水閥

　　這類疏水閥根據相變原理，靠蒸汽和凝結水通過時的流速和體積變化的不同熱力學原理，使閥片上下產生不同壓差，驅動閥片開關閥門。因熱動力式疏水閥的工作動力來源于蒸汽，所以蒸汽浪費比較大。結構簡單、耐水擊、最大背為50%，有噪音，閥片工作頻繁，使用壽命短。

　　This type of drain valve, based on the principle of phase change, relies on the different thermodynamic principles of the flow rate and volume changes of steam and condensed water passing through, causing different pressure differences between the upper and lower valve plates to drive the valve plate to open and close. 　　當裝置啟動時，管道出現冷卻凝結水，凝結水靠工作壓力推開閥片，迅速排放。當凝結水排放完畢，蒸汽隨后排放，因蒸汽比凝結水的體積和流速大，使閥片上下產生壓差，閥片在蒸汽流速的吸力下迅速關閉。當閥片關閉時，閥片受到兩面壓力，閥片下面的受力面積小于上面的受力面積，因疏水閥汽室里面的壓力來源于蒸汽壓力，所以閥片上面受力大于下面，閥片緊緊關閉。當疏水閥汽室里面的蒸汽降溫成凝結水，汽室里面的壓力消失。凝結水靠工作壓力推開閥片，凝結水又繼續排放,循環工作，間斷排水。

Because the pressure inside the steam chamber of the drain valve comes from steam pressure, the force on the top of the valve plate is greater than that below it, and the valve plate is tightly closed. When the steam in the steam trap chamber cools down into condensed water, the pressure inside the chamber disappears. The condensate is pushed open by the working pressure, and the condensate continues to be discharged, circulating and intermittently draining.

　　2. 圓盤式蒸汽保溫型疏水閥：

　　圓盤式蒸汽保溫型疏水閥的工作原理和熱動力式疏水閥相同，它在熱動力式疏水閥的汽室外面增加一層外殼。外殼內室和蒸汽管道相通，利用管道自身蒸汽對疏水閥的主汽室進行保溫。使主汽室的溫度不易降溫，保持汽壓，疏水閥緊緊關閉。當管線產生凝結水，疏水閥外殼降溫，疏水閥開始排水；在過熱蒸汽管線上如果沒有凝結水產生，疏水閥不會開啟，工作質量高。閥體為合金鋼，閥芯為硬質合金，該閥最高允許溫度為550℃，經久耐用，使用壽命長，是高壓、高溫過熱蒸汽專用疏水閥。
